With over 15 years experience within the Early Childhood sector covering a range of roles and responsibilities, Erin leads Kindra with vast knowledge, warmth and compassion which allows her team and families to feel heard and supported and the children to thrive at Kindra. 

Erin leads by example through her calm nature and inspires high quality education and care through clean, safe and welcoming environments.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

I am so excited to start this journey with you and your children at Kindra Early Learning. I am a mum of 2 beautiful little girls that keep me very busy. Family is very important to me so I take pride in creating a caring welcoming and nurturing environment from the moment you walk in the door.

I’ve been blessed to provide care for children and families for over 10 years and gained so much knowledge in leadership, planning enriching activities, fostering positive behaviour. I bring patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to every moment.

FOOD COORDINATOR

I’m thrilled to be your Food Coordinator at Kindra Early Learning. As a mum of two energetic boys, I know how important it is to give our little ones yummy and nutritious meals that are both tasty and safe. I’ll be working closely with the team to make sure everyone has their dietary needs met, so you can rest easy knowing your children are in the best hands.

EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER

I have been working in the industry for the last 10 years in a variety of roles.

I believe that every child has a right to learn and plan in a warm and welcoming environment. I also believe in play being the biggest supporter for young children’s learning and that they are the centre for their own learning and development.

I am so excited to watch and grow together with the children and families.

EDUCATIONAL LEADER & ROOM LEADER

Over the last 8 years I have learnt that you need to treat each child as a unique, capable and curious individual.

I believe that children thrive in an environment where they feel valued, respected, and understood. By fostering a sense of belonging and trust, I aim to create a nurturing space where children are encouraged to explore, discover and develop to their fullest potential.

Ultimately my goal is to provide a safe, inclusive and joyful space where each child feels respected, supported, and inspired to grow into a confident and compassionate individual.

ROOM LEADER

I have been working in the Early Childhood industry for 14 years, beginning my journey as a trainee before progressing to the role of a Room Leader. I am also a proud Mum of two beautiful girls. I have a strong passion for working with children and find it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow, reach milestones and develop their unique personalities.

I also value building warm, trusting relationships with both children and their families.

ROOM LEADER

I have over 15 years of experience across multiple roles in the childcare industry and am also a proud mum of three—two girls and one boy.

I believe every child is unique and brings their own strengths, interests, and abilities. As an educator, I am passionate about supporting each child’s individual learning journey by building on their skills and encouraging their curiosity. I value play-based learning and strive to create an environment where children feel safe to explore, discover, create, and imagine.

I also recognise that each child develops at their own pace and comes from diverse backgrounds, which I respect and celebrate in my practice. Building strong relationships with families is very important to me. I enjoy working in partnership with families to understand their goals and support their children in the best possible way.
